During my time in various UX leadership positions, including Manager, Lead, and Director roles, I have consistently advocated for the development of intuitive and engaging user experiences.

These efforts have been grounded in thorough user research and continuous improvement. My use of Design Thinking and Lean UX approaches has effectively guided the design of products focused on both B2B and B2C needs, resulting in measurable gains for companies ranging from emerging startups to established Fortune 500 companies.

As a UX Leader, I have played a key role in advancing the UX Maturity level within organizations by building and developing high-performance Design Teams. We've navigated successes and obstacles together, delivering significant and measurable results. I am committed to the mentorship of designers, fostering their career progression and achievements. Additionally, through teaching various UX/UI Bootcamps, I've shared my expertise with budding designers, preparing them with vital skills for their future careers in UX.

25 years building experiences.

Starting design in 2000 allowed me to see the field of UX evolve into what it is today.

Teaching.

I never thought I would teach, let alone teach UX and UI. But it continues to be one of the most rewarding experiences in my career.

For the love of technology!

I’m notorious for being an “early adopter” of new technology. I just can’t help myself! I love exploring new technologies and experiencing the possibilities of their current and future applications.

Never stop learning.

Learning and teaching and then learning again. This continuous growth cycle and mindset has resulted in successfully growing and maintaining vibrant and innovative teams. Maybe I can help your team?

The art of the pause.

Being able to pause and take stock in what you are doing is invaluable. It’s something I teach to my students, to my team and to myself (on a daily basis).

Have fun.

Finding purpose and personal fulfillment in your career (and personal life) can sometimes be boiled down to are you having fun doing what you’re doing?
