As the Product Owner for mobile and enterprise offerings, I led a team comprising 3 UX Designers and 2 Business Analysts to create a robust delivery workflow using Bootstrap prototypes, Adobe XD, Ionic Studio, and Invision. I oversaw the launch of the organization's first consumer-facing mobile app and the enterprise-level product Nexus.
Through extensive on-site and remote user research and usability testing, we shaped Nexus to be a client management tool that not only tracks but also fosters behavior change through pattern recognition and positive reinforcement.
I crafted comprehensive Product and Design roadmaps to ensure our products evolved in alignment with immediate and long-term organizational objectives. We focused on specific business goals and measurable KPIs to monitor market adoption and usage. Furthermore, I employed UX Metrics such as Success Rates, Time-On-Task, and Lostness to gauge and enhance customer experiences within our products.
