My leadership has fostered a self-reliant team culture, adept in Kanban and Design Thinking, and has led the shift to a streamlined Figma workflow, enhancing standardization and collaborative efficiency.

Committed to servant leadership, I've actively supported each UX Designer's career progression, aligning with competitive market trajectories through collaborative goal setting. I've also worked with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to define clear 'Definitions of Done' and refine Jira workflows, ensuring effective delivery pipelines within our agile, scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
