As the leader of the Design Team, I spearheaded the development and execution of a Design System and a Lean UX methodology, with Adobe XD as the cornerstone creative tool. A key element of our approach was the regular execution of Design Sprints, which involved conducting remote user testing on designs ranging from low to high fidelity to gather actionable user insights.

In collaboration with Executive stakeholders, Product, and Engineering teams, I played a pivotal role in the creation of IRIS, a comprehensive Journey Intelligence platform. IRIS is designed to assimilate vast quantities of customer experience data, offering strategic insights to enhance those experiences for our clients and their end-users.
